Another year has passed Dad and I can't quite believe its been 14 years since I watch the life slowly leave your body. We arrived at the hospital and I could see you really trying to stay with your family so I lent over, kissed you and whispered in your ear "We are here its time to go now Dad if you want, we will all be ok" Then I watched as the monitor monitoring your vital life signs slowly reduce, your body gave a little jerk and then you were gone.
I had a bad year last year Dad with my health and have felt alone and betrayed by those I love could have done with one of your hugs and some wise words. You are always with me and I miss you everyday. Love your daughter Carol x
